ATTENTION: Fluoroquinolone drugs have been linked to numerous and widespread devastating and systemic side effects. Toxic side effects to the Central Nervous System, Peripheral Nervous System and the Autonomic Nervous System have been reported. If you have taken Levaquin, Cipro or Avelox and experienced any of these or other side effects lasting longer than 3 weeks after discontinuation of the drug, please contact the FQ Lawsuit Registry. One experienced Southern California law firm would like to represent you regarding your adverse drug reaction. Fluoroquinolone Neuropsychiatric Research Grant Data Collection Are you experiencing any of the following Neuropsychiatric symptoms from a Fluoroquinolone Antibiotic (levaquin, avelox, cipro): anxiety, panic attacks, depression, cognitive dysfunction, depersonalization, tremors, abnormal dreams, chronic insomnia, vertigo, delirium, psychosis, hallucinations, and or suicidal thoughts...if so please be sure to fill out this brief QVF questionnaire. The data gathered will be used during an application for an FQ research grant by a U.S. university. The more people who participate the better. I am passing this info along from other FQ pages: This lawyer is interested in getting a feel for how much interest there would be in lawsuits about persistent neuropathy and nerve damage, persistent central nervous system side effects, and persistent tendon issues. Let's all get our stories in to this firm! Send Hayley an email w/ a paragraph or a few sentences about what happened to you regarding (1) neurological issues, including muscle weakness (2) tendon issues, and (3) any other major issues. They need this information by the end of SEPTEMBER. Thanks!
